My go-to serving suggestion is to pair them with fresh slices of tomatoes and cucumbers on the side. These cool and refreshing veggies perfectly complement the warm and fluffy eggs, creating a balanced and satisfying breakfast.
And let me tell you, a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt take those dreamy cloud eggs to a whole new level of yum! It’s like a burst of happiness in every bite.
Broccoli & Cheddar Frittata
Hey, foodies! Today, I’m super excited to share my go-to keto breakfast recipe – the Keto Broccoli & Cheddar Frittata. Trust me, this dish is a game-changer, and it’s so easy to whip up! Imagine fluffy eggs mixed with creamy cheddar cheese and vibrant broccoli florets. It’s like a party in your mouth, and it keeps me full and satisfied all morning long.

How to make Keto Broccoli & Cheddar Frittata
Time needed: 5 minutes
Make the perfect Broccoli & Cheddar Frittata
- Prep your serving dish
Start by buttering the inside of your serving dish.
This will minimize the frittata sticking when cooking. - Beat your eggs
Beat together the eggs, paprika and salt, then mix in your cheese.
Now pour the mixture into the dish (you can mix it right in the dish, but I find it easier to mix in a large jug or bowl first) - Top with Broccoli
Once transferred to the serving dish, top with fresh broccoli florets
- Microwave
Now, microwave on full for 3 minutes.
let it stand for a minute or two before serving.
Serving Suggestions:
Fresh Green Salad:
Serve the frittata alongside a fresh green salad for a light and refreshing meal. Toss together some mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice.
The crispiness of the salad perfectly complements the creamy frittata, making it a delightful combination.

Breakfast-for-Dinner:
Embrace the “breakfast for dinner” idea and serve the Keto Broccoli & Cheddar Frittata as the star of a cozy dinner.
Pair it with some sautéed spinach, roasted cherry tomatoes, and a side of garlic butter mushrooms.
It’s a hearty and wholesome dinner that’s both comforting and delicious.
Breakfast Sandwich:
Transform the frittata into a satisfying breakfast sandwich. Simply slide the frittata between two slices of keto-friendly bread or English muffins.
You can add some avocado slices and a dollop of sugar-free mayonnaise for extra creaminess, or my personal favourite is a slice of salmon on top.
It’s a portable and filling option for an on-the-go breakfast.
