- Hard Boiled Eggs

Gently seperate the yolk from the whites, leaving you with 6 egg white ‘cups’. - Create your filling
In a large bowl, mix together the egg yolks, mayo, soy sauce, bacon bits and spring onions
- Bring it together
Once the mixture is well combined, spoon it into your egg white ‘cups’ – filling the void left by the egg yolks.
