How to make Keto Butter Chicken

Time needed: 35 minutes

Make the perfect Keto Butter Chicken

  1. Melt the butter

    Start by melting the butter in the pan.
    Add the ginger, garlic and shallots

  2. Tomato Paste

    Time to add the tomato paste and curry powder.
    Mix this well to incorporate into a lovely thin paste consistency

  3. Chicken stock

    Once that’s done, pour in your chicken stock and bring to a simmer

  4. Chicken

    When the broth is simmering, add in the tender chicken pieces.
    Simmer this for a further 10 minutes.

  5. The Cream

    The stck mixture should have reduced a little by now, so it’s time to add the heavy cream.
    Let this simmer again until the sauce thickens to your preference.

  6. Garnish & Serve

    Serve hot, with a little garnish of fresh cilantro.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Chicken Breast Diced
  • 10 g Garlic Minced
  • 5 g Ginger Minced
  • 10 g Shallots Minced
  • 2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 2 tsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • ½ Cup Chicken Stock
  • Fresh Cilantro For Garnish

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a pan.
    1 Tbsp Butter
  2. Add ginger, garlic and shallots.
    10 g Garlic, 5 g Ginger, 10 g Shallots
  3. Add tomato paste and curry powder
  4. Add chicken stock and bring to a simmer. 
    ½ Cup Chicken Stock
  5. Add chicken pieces and simmer for 10 minutes. 
    100 g Chicken Breast
  6. Add heavy cream and simmer until thick. 
    2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  7. Top with fresh cilantro.
