Ingredients
  

  • 4 Oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 2 Oz Butter Softened
  • ¼ Cup Coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp Erythritol
  • 1 Tbsp Matcha Tea Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut flakes

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor
    4 Oz Cream cheese, 2 Oz Butter, ¼ Cup Coconut flour, 1 Tbsp Erythritol, 1 Tbsp Matcha Tea Powder
  2. Pulse into a smooth mixture
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls
  4. Cover each ball with coconut flakes
    2 Tbsp Coconut flakes
  5. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve
