- Add coconut milk, water, and fish sauce. Bring to a boil.¼ Cup Coconut Milk, 1½ tsp Fish Sauce
- Add eggplants, shiitake, bell peppers, and basil leaves. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.30 g Shitake Mushrooms, 30 g Eggplant, 6-8 Leaves Basil, 15 g Red Bell Pepper
